It's what the fans want, it seems to be what the artists want, so will the world see the hip-hop supergroup Slaughterhouse join Eminem's Shady Records family?
The group — consisting of Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I and Royce Da 5'9" — appeared in Em's performance scene for Drake's "Forever" video, and rumors of the affiliation started to spread. Then radio personality/ journalist Miss Info shed a little light on the situation with a rumor she heard: "That Slaughterhouse appearance in 'Forever' was indeed a non-verbal announcement of the contract negotiations going on behind the scenes. For the past month, both sides have been working towards bringing the group to the Shady label, and that the gathering of Em and the guys at the shoot is the first of more collaborations to come."
On Monday, while promoting his album Street Hop (which comes out October 20), Royce talked with MTV News a bit about the possible alliance.
"It's very much what it looks like," Royce said of Slaughterhouse joining forces with Eminem. "That's always a possibility. It's conversations being had, very good conversations. I just did an interview recently and they asked me to a address the rumors. I said, 'Rumors are what they are, people see things and they jump to a conclusion.' I never said it wasn't going to happen — I left it right there in the middle. I think it would be a great thing if it could happen."
Royce says he has been in discussion with Eminem and Slim Shady's Paul Rosenberg for some time and the Slaughterhouse/ Shady Records deal isn't looking too bad.
"I've been talking to Em and Paul for a long time," Royce added. "With this particular situation, things are falling into place. Everything is in place where it's supposed to be. I'm very prepared [for] when the opportunity presented itself. It's a time where there's things they need over here and certain things we need in order to move over there. I think it's a good marriage. Like I said, I just hope it can happen."
A rep for Shady had not responded to MTV News' request for comment at press time.
Royce chose not to elaborate when asked if there was any music being made by Slaughterhouse featuring Eminem or vice versa.
"That'd be great, wouldn't it?" he smiled.

Police administrators in Philadelphia have been working to keep their “house” in order as this summer has been one of strife and turmoil with things looking to get worse before better. In the case of Officer Strain, who has found himself at the forefront of a case that pundits cite as being “reverse-racist” in nature, the issues may yet to have fully surfaced.
Officer Strain was taken off of his normal patrol route and forced to work behind desk duty for the duration of this month due not in part to terrible performance of his job, but rather, because of a personal decision that he made.
Officer Strain decided to style his hair in cornrows, a move that violates department standards. According to Strain and reports from other officers, “dozens” of Philadelphia PD's Black Members were allowed to wear the hairstyle.
Lieutenant Frank Vanore, Police spokesman, says Strain's boss told him to cut his hair to achieve a more “professional” look; he did.
Speaking on the “dozens” of Black officers donning cornrows, Vanore only recalled one such case since in the years he had been on the force. That officer was also told to get a haircut.

Everyone was saying before the July 18th date that JMM would have trouble at that weight and what have you. PBF gets hurt so now he's had two months to get used to walking into the ring at 144 and two months to work on making sure his power/speed has come up there with him. JMM has always been a good body puncher and I think he'll use Floyd's injury and try to exploit that. JMM isn't going to outbox PBF for long if at all and but I think he's one of the best in the business at brawling when he NEEDS to. Also, this is the only way Pac will even think about fighting him for a 3rd time. At the end of the day another routine fight for Floyd. I dont think he'll knock him out but runaway with it in the cards.

Troubled former Detroit Lions wideout Charles Rogers was arraigned on alcohol-related charges Thursday in a Novi court.
He was arrested Wednesday night after officers discovered him unresponsive behind the wheel of his still running, and in gear, Mercedes on Meadowbrook Road.
Rogers failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle While License Not Valid.
Both charges are misdemeanors that carry a penalty of up to 93 days in jail and/or $500 fine.
Rogers, a former Michigan State star and first round draft pick, had recently signed to play in the Canadian Football League, but reports say he's ineligible to play because he's still under suspenion by the NFL.

There are few technologies as confusing and overwhelming to a certain group of people than the computer. Whether a result of the complex nature of the mechanics or a result of the unfamiliarity with the interface, computers continue to dell logo
provide great difficulty to many users even decades after the machines started to become mainstream. Though the day-to-day usage rarely delves into the more complex aspects of the machines many people still find themselves at a loss when it comes to dealing with the increasingly ubiquitous machines.
Dell Computers has made its name by making a concerted effort to ease user interaction with computers. By offering low cost, high quality machines in easy to understand terminology the company has made billions and asserted itself as one of the biggest businesses in the world. Now though the company is being faced with a lawsuit from a very dissatisfied customer who claims that the company misled him which caused him to destroy his computer. At the heart of the lawsuit is a cookie, a term used for a small text file commonly used by websites but because of its name, is often confused with delicious baked goods.smashed computer
“The heart of this lawsuit is the kind of jumbled terminology so often used in computers and related technologies. In this case my client was inexperienced when it came to computer use and web browsing and so when he discovered a familiar term, acted accordingly. It is the wording that is the issue here and that is what must change,” said lawyer Kevin Caulter. “I want to be clear here, my client did not break open his computer looking for cookies because he was hungry. He was under the impression that somehow baked goods had been placed inside his machine and wanted to rectify the situation. It was not explained to him in any way that a cookie was something other than a small piece of text and he did not want permanent damage to his brand new and very expensive machine.”smashed computer
The lawsuit is seeking the cost of the machine and damages up to $5 million as well as permanent change to the ‘cookie’ terminology. It’s believed the customer, whose name has not yet been made public, removed all pieces of his new machine and upon finding no cookies, took a sledgehammer to the remaining pieces.
“For whatever reason computers are very daunting for a lot of people. Cars are just as complex but very few people are overwhelmed by the process of driving them. With computers though the idea of getting behind the wheel is almost traumatic for many people and that causes them to act a little rashly,” said Scrape TV Technology analyst Ken Kevins. “Add to that the kind of terminology that is used like ‘cookie’ or ‘bus’ that is used in other smashed computer
areas and you have a recipe for confusion, especially with panicky people. Everyone understands piston or transmission but the kind of daunting and occasionally misleading names used in computing still gets a lot of people.”
Thus far there has been no official comment from Dell but it is believed that the lawsuit will have little traction as the company is not responsible for the placement of cookies on users’ machines.
“Dell has probably done more than any other company to make computers accessible
to mainstream audiences. There have been a lot of factors that have contributed to computers being in everyone’s homes but there is likely no other company that has it
as a part of their philosophy to make computers accessible by everyone no matter peanut nutter cookies
their experience, so for them to be hit with this kid of lawsuit is particularly ironic,” continued Kevins. “Cookies are such an integrated part of the way the web functions I think it’s very unlikely that they will change either in function or in name. This suit though may prompt other computer manufacturers to provide at least a basic list of common terminology used in the industry in order to avoid future problems.”
It’s not clear what kind of cookies the customer was expecting to find or what he was going to do with them once he discovered them. His lawyer did state that his clients favourite type of cookie is peanut butter, also the personal favourite of Michael Dell.

Since the news wont say it I will. Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of raping a woman a year ago this story is a couple months old and even when it hit the news it was a 5 day story.
Kobe gets accused he loses endorsements gets his name dragged in the mud pretty much guilty till proven innocent by the media.
Ben gets bothered about it once or twice gets back to his life still gets endorsements.
Now I believe both of these dudes are innocent but why the hell is Ben not being put through the media fire that Kobe got. Even Pitino was saying the dumbest stuff about his rape accusation and the media didn't blow it up.
