So let me start this one off by saying: Penny Hardaway is gay!!! I know this should not be that big of a deal in this day and age, but it absolutely shocked me. Ahhh back to reality...Only 1 more week of school left and this semester is over, and I'll be able to relax for the rest of the summer. This stupid ass Music Comprehension class is retarded as fuck and I will really be glad when it's over. My English teacher has handed me out 2 A's on both papers we wrote so I'm pretty much guaranteed the 4.0 in there.
At work yesterday I was infuriated when my manager told me that she could not accommodate my vacation time request. The whole month of July was booked up for other people to take vacations including herself taking a week, so I asked her for the 1st week of August so I can get out to LA. She then tells me that it "doesn't suit our business needs at the moment". What kind of fuckin shit is that seriously? The even bigger bullshit about it is another co-worker who just took 3 weeks off to go to Greece is being allowed to take 4 days to go to NY in the week that I wanted to take!!! I've calmed myself down a little bit since yesterday but I'm still extremely pissed about this. Hopefully this situation can get worked out.
On the bright side there are some great opportunities right around the corner for me right now and once my semester is over I will have much more time to focus on these ventures and get back to posting on the blog more frequently. This last month has been a very stressful one and I think what I really need right now is a girl "That'll come by my bed late, see if my head ache, Then get my head straight, then give me head, great." All the females I've met lately are on some BULLSHIT and I really don't have the time to play games or send mixed signals that they love, so this is the reason they've been getting cut off. The shit just gets childish after awhile and you should really be old enough to just say or act how you feel and not have to worry about what others are gonna think of you or your decisions.

Lemme be the first to give Jordan Brand credit for bringing the 1's back the right way in the original high silhouette. This black/grey colorway definitely has an Oakland Raiders vibe to it, and the leather on the shoe looks to be of nice quality as well. These are slated to come out in September.
In my opinion Drake has fallen off quite a bit in the past year. I felt like he was starting to sound to much like Wayne, and just wasn't spittin the way he used to about a year ago. Well this track is a breath of fresh air, and I must admit that dude absolutely ripped it! Hope there's more of this to come on the album.
As one beef ends, another one begins with The Game. Apparently now that The Game is over his beef with 50 and co. he feels the need to take on an even bigger target: Jay-Z. So Jay may have dissed The Game in the intro to The Blueprint 3 so I guess he has his reasons for this diss, but i though he would learn to move on. Did he learn nothing from his last beef? I guess not.
Arturo Gatti was found dead in Brazil with blood on the back of his head, and they are suspecting foul play. If you do not know who Arturo Gatti is, well that means you may have missed out on three of the best boxing fights of all time, Arturo Gatti Vs. Mickey Ward trilogy. Gatti was never the best pure fighter by any means, but the man had more heart than any other boxer I've ever seen, honestly like a modern day Rocky.

Royce and Joey were already in my top 5, but Ortiz and Crooked have definitely grown on me. This album will be nothing short of a classic!!! Also peep the Slaughterhouse tattoo on Royce's hand in the video...Shit is gettin serious!!!

Vincent Smith II died after falling into a a vat of melted chocolate. This is honestly one of the most bizarre death stories I've ever heard. Normally this would be cause for someone to make funny jokes and puns about the situation, but a man DIED in this accident so I will withhold those.
STORY:
Police were last night investigating the death of a man who fell into a vat of melted chocolate.
Factory worker Vincent Smith II toppled into the mix as he was filling the eight-foot deep tank with hot chocolate.
Detectives said the 29-year-old was dumping giant chunks of chocolate over the side when he was hit by a mixing blade, causing a fatal blow.
Three co-workers at Cocoa Services in Camden, New Jersey, rushed to turn off the machine. But by the time they could get to the unconscious man it was too late.
He had been in the chocolate - which was at a temperature of about 120 degrees - for about ten minutes by the time emergency crews managed to pull him out.
Police said the worker had lost his footing and slipped in at about 10.30am yesterday.
A spokesman for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said two men tried to save the victim.
The company melts down chocolate to send out to companies who make sweets and confectionary.
Mr Smith working on a batch for Hershey's when the accident occurred.
Firefighters at the scene were covered in chocolate, as was a co- worker who was being consoled after his doomed efforts to save the man.
Police said no foul play was suspected. The local Occupational Safety and Health Administration was investigating the accident last night.

With his debut album, Ryan Leslie tried a lot of new things, and it seems for his sophomore album he is perfecting those talents. Once again he comes with an upbeat R&B song with his own variety of instruments being played in the background. Ryan’s album Transitions will drop sometime this Fall, but look out for his other projects as well. I know he worked with Kid Cudi, so he should have that track on Cudi’s album in August.

Unlike most people, Drake has fallen further down my list with the more material he's put out. I remember hearing Drake for the 1st time January of 2008 when I heard "Comeback Season" and he instantly become one of my favorite new artists. He had nice lyrics, clever punchlines, an effortless smooth delivery. Now he is just sounding more and more like WAYNE!!! I'm not talking about his voice, but you can hear it in his delivery and punchlines. Add to the fact that he says "sou wou" now, when people watched him grow up on Degrassi (me included, Jimmy Brooks was the truth). This video is very Waynesque, directed by Kanye West also.
Song is fire. Nice beat, I like Cons voice a lot, and of course Ye delivers as always. My only knock is that it's a little bit too short.
